1. 01When picking anything up, try not to use the tips of your nails — stress and strain can lead to breakages.
2. 02Always use cuticle oil to keep cuticles healthy and nourished.
3. 03Always wear protective gloves when gardening or doing DIY jobs.
4. 04Nails should be dried individually.
5. 05Never immerse your nail enhancements in any solution you would not put on your face.
6. 06Some suntan lotions can dissolve and discolour your nail enhancements.
